Over 90 sizes of our standard pergola styles and custom sizes ship free to most locations in the contiguous United States. Exceptions include delivery to hard to reach destinations or locations that require special transportation requirements (such as ferry transport to islands) may include a surcharge to cover the special transportation need, and timber frame pergola purchases for which shipping charges will be itemized.
What are your pergola shipping timeframes?
Delivery times vary depending on your order and location – contact us for current shipping timeframes. We build each kit to order, so your order will be added to our production calendar at the next available date. This varies based on season and size and style of kit ordered. Typically, kits ship within 15-35 days from date of order + 2-10 days transit time from our production facility in Melbourne, Florida. We do our best to work within project timelines, so contact us to discuss our current shipping timeframe and your project.

STEP 2: Once your application is approved, we will send you a unique coupon code you can use to save on pergola kits year round.
STEP 3: You place the order for the pergola kit on our website using your coupon code (for custom sizes, we will apply your discount to your custom pergola quote).
STEP 4: We send you an email with estimated completion date and other important information to review and confirm. Once order details are confirmed, we place the order on our production calendar.
STEP 5: We build the pergola kit according to the estimated completion date and ship it to you or your customer’s location.
STEP 6: You meet the shipment at your or your customer’s location, unload and inspect the kit, and install the pergola kit for your customer.
