STEP 4: Review and confirm your quote or let us know if you have changes or questions. Place non-refundable deposit to receive detailed shop-set drawings for your pergola.
STEP 5: We’ll send your shop-set drawings within 5 business days of your deposit and confirmation. Review and submit any questions before finalizing.
STEP 6: When happy with the drawings and ready to proceed with your purchase – click the link to accept, sign and return the acknowledgment, and pay the balance of your order.
STEP 7: We’ll confirm your order and communicate with you regarding next steps. All Peak Timber Frame Pergola orders are initially placed On Hold, meaning that we will not place them into our production schedule until we receive positive confirmation from you that you are ready.
STEP 8: When your project is ready, with your confirmation we will place your order into production and coordinate with you regarding finish options and scheduling of delivery and installation. When complete, your Peak Timber Frame Pergola will be delivered and installed by our professional team.

Most standard orders will ship within approximately 8-10 weeks after your confirmed order and initial payment. Transit times will range from 1 to 5 business days depending upon your location.
To get your order started, submit a no obligation quote request, after which we will provide an itemized estimate, sketch, and other information. If you accept that estimate, you will pay a non-refundable deposit to receive a shop-set drawing.
At this time, we only offer Peak Timber Frame pergolas with shipping and installation included. We will arrange for delivery to your assembly location, and our install team will meet the shipment, unload and install. With a little regular care your Peak Timber Frame Pergola will under normal conditions remain a beautiful and structurally sound part of your outdoor space for many years (20-30 years or more). Once a year or as necessary, we recommend checking and tightening any loose fasteners, and cleaning the pergola structure with water, mild soap and soft brush to remove any built-up dirt, which might be particularly evident at the base of the posts. We do not recommend use of a pressure washer, which can cause damage to the wood. If using an oil preservative, apply annually after cleaning. If using stain or paint, apply every other year, or more regularly if desired (particularly in harsh climates).
