How Your Pergola Kit Arrives
Each pergola kit is carefully packaged. We build a custom pallet for every order, securely stack and strap the lumber, and construct protective crating around the shipment to safeguard the materials during transit. Your kit will be delivered via tractor-trailer and must be unloaded by hand, piece by piece. Most drivers are not required to assist with unloading, although some may choose to help. We recommend having 2 to 3 able-bodied adults available to unload the shipment. Most deliveries can be unloaded in approximately 20 to 30 minutes, depending on the size of the pergola kit.
Preparing for Delivery
To remove the protective packaging, we recommend having the following tools available: scissors or a utility knife to cut shipping straps; a drill or screw gun with a Phillips-head bit for crates secured with screws
