Timber Frame Pergola Kit – Shop-Set Drawings

These detailed drawings provide you with exact dimensions and measurements for your timber frame pergola kit. Note that these are not engineer stamped drawings – you’ll receive those only if you select that option when you confirm the size and pay for your order in full. 

Here’s what happens next:

• Add shop-set drawings to cart and complete your checkout.
• We will email you the Shop-Set drawings for your selected size within 3-5 business days, together with a link to purchase the kit, our Customer Acknowledgement and other important information. Please note that prices are subject to change after 14 days from the date of the original quote and we will update the pricing for your order if applicable. The cost of the Shop-Set drawings will be subtracted from the price of your pergola kit order.

• Carefully review the Shop-Set drawings and contact us with any questions or proposed changes as soon as you are able. Note that we will process up to three sets of shop-set drawings for no additional cost.
• We’ll make any necessary revisions to your order, update the price estimate, and re-send an updated link for payment together with our Customer Acknowledgement form.
• When you are ready place your pergola kit order, click the link, submit payment, and provide us with your signed Customer Acknowledgement. 
• If it has been more than 14 days from the last price update, we will communicate with you and adjust pricing if applicable.
• Your order will be placed On-hold until you are ready for your kit to be built. During this time, we will coordinate with you regarding engineer drawings, finish options and scheduling.  While On-hold, you can change or cancel your order at any time, subject to price changes and the non-refundable cost of the Shop-Set and engineering.
• You will notify us when ready and we will place your order into production and coordinate with you regarding scheduling of delivery and installation.

If you’re ready to move forward, place your order for the Shop-set drawings and we’ll begin preparing the Shop-Set drawings for your selected size.
